The Oxford Police Department arrested an 84-year-old man for allegedly looking through the window of his female neighbor.

According to reports, on Tuesday, officers took a report from the female victim who claimed her neighbor William Holcomb was looking through her window and asked her to come to his house. When the victim told him no and asked him to leave, he allegedly began rubbing his crotch in her presence. The victim left her apartment and went to OPD to file the report.

Holcomb was arrested on a felony charge for peeping and taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked on a $1,000 bond.
