Mississippi Department of Revenue Alcohol Beverage Control agents and Oxford police officers arrived at Hybrid Relief Medical Dispensary and Hybrid CBD at about 11:30 a.m.

The two businesses are located in adjacent shopping centers off West Jackson Avenue.

Police searched Barragan’s vehicle while others were inside the stores.

It was unknown as of press time what the agents and police were looking for or why Barragan was taken into custody.
