Two charged after children test positive for meth

Investigators with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office received a report on July 18 from CPS regarding three juveniles testing positive for methamphetamine.
Kenneth Means, 35, and Angela Rogers, 26, Waterford, were arrested on Aug. 4 and charged with one count each of Child Endangerment.
The two suspects appeared before a Justice Court Judge and were issued bond amounts of $20,000 each.
