More than 800 people took part in this year’s Empty Bowls fundraiser last week where folks choose a bowl made by a local artist that is filled with one of almost 30 different kinds of soup, all donated by local restaurants, hotels and caterers.
Nothing Bundt Cakes provided mini bundt cakes and Milo’s Teas provided all beverages.
The event raised more than $33,000 for The Pantry of Oxford which provides food to more than 700 people monthly.
