HOTWORX CEO Stephen Smith recently delivered a branded HOTWORX Jeep to General Manager Megan Lewis at the Oxford location, marking a historic achievement in the company’s 700+ location system.
Lewis and her team broke company records, exceeding 1,225 active members at an average dues amount of $51 or higher for three consecutive months, a milestone achieved during what is often considered the fitness industry’s slow season.
The Oxford studio, the birthplace of HOTWORX, has held the title of No. 1 performing location in the company for the past five months. Lewis’s team also broke the company’s monthly profit record twice in 2023—once in September and again in November.
“This Jeep represents more than just an incentive; it symbolizes what can be accomplished with belief, focus, and massive action,” Smith said. “Megan’s achievements remind us all of the power of goal-setting and the importance of exceeding expectations. Her dedication as a full-time student at Ole Miss and full-time GM is an inspiring testament to what’s possible when you push yourself beyond perceived limits.”
HOTWORX’s Oxford studio has built a reputation for creating a supportive, results-driven environment that resonates with members. The team’s success reflects their ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty and long-term success.
