Woman charged with exploitation

The Oxford Police Department responded to Lyles Drive on Dec. 12 to take a report of credit card fraud.
Through the investigation, it was discovered that over $9,000 worth of charges had been charged through a credit card belonging to a vulnerable adult.
Hannah Russell, 29, of Oxford, was arrested and charged with exploitation of a vulnerable adult.
Russell was booked into the Lafayette County Detention Center where the Mississippi Department of Corrections placed a hold on her.
