The Piecemakers Quilt Guild will meet on Saturday, Oct. 12, at 10:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall of First Presbyterian Church.

The program will feature demonstrations and instructions on making fabric collages. Pat McClure-Smith will show how fabric is layered and finished off and demonstrate how to use patterns.

All are welcome.

Since its beginning in 1992, the Piecemakers’ quilts have touched children in Jackson’s Children’s Hospital, St. Jude Hospital in Memphis, Hurricane Katrina victims, Japan tsunami victims, Habitat for Humanity, and even in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Women’s Hospital in Tupelo.
