A Leadership Lafayette team is asking community members for suggestions in their quest to revitalize Avent Park.

“Our team desires to make improvements to the park and restore this wonderful place to its former glory,” said Abby Evans, Leadership Lafayette team member.

Leadership Lafayette is an eight-month leadership program of the chamber that provides business, nonprofit, educators, community and university leaders with a deeper understanding of our community.

The class is divided up into teams with each group selecting a project that can be accomplished by August of each year.
