The Southeastern Conference announced its full 2024 schedule on Thursday. Lane Kiffin and the Ole Miss Rebels could do very well in pursing a national championship with the expanded playoffs set for next season. In 2024 there will be 12 teams in an expanded playoff vs only four team in the current championship playoff.

The Rebels will host SEC newcomer Oklahoma on Oct. 26, the Sooners’ first trip to Oxford. Ole Miss will welcome the current two-time reigning national champion Georgia on Nov. 9.

The Egg Bowl is not scheduled for Thanksgiving day, which is a change,. The Egg Bowl will take place in Oxford for the regular season finale. The game with Mississippi State is currently set for Saturday, Nov. 30, but is subject to change.
