Investigators with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office responded on March 28 to the area of County Road 514, in Harmontown, to conduct an investigation regarding a complaint that was received.

During the investigation, investigators located a handgun inside the residence.

The owner of the handgun, Grace Marie Lutrell, 41, of Harmontown, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Firearm by a convicted felon.

Lutrell appeared before a Justice Court Judge and was issued a $5,000 bond.
