Oxford residents will soon have another option for urgent and primary care as RedMed Urgent Clinic expands to a second location.

The new clinic opened on March 3 and is located at 705 Sisk Avenue Suite 105 in Oxford Commons.

RedMed’s Jackson Avenue location has been providing healthcare in Oxford since opening its doors in September 2014. The new north Oxford clinic will maintain the same urgent care services, offering treatments for minor illnesses and injuries, in-house testing for conditions like COVID-19, flu, strep and RSV, as well as on-site X-rays.

However, this new location will introduce a significant addition to RedMed’s offerings – primary care services led by Claire Beck, FNP.

The new clinic will be staffed by a mix of existing team members from the Jackson Avenue location and newly hired healthcare professionals.

The clinic accepts a variety of insurance plans, and patients are encouraged to call ahead to confirm their coverage.
