“I wanted to find a way to become a student of title, condominium law, real estate transactions and other matters pertinent to both my developer/builder clients and individual homebuyers throughout the state,” Haymans said. “I have been working on the qualifications and education for the National Title Professional designation since pre-Covid. I wanted to stand out as a leader and champion of title matters in Mississippi and the Southeast, where I work with Developers from Georgia to Texas. Whether tackling complicated condominium projects, hospital transactions or multi-family developments, the skills and education learned during the NTP qualification process gave me the confidence to assist my clients in all facets of the real estate closing and due diligence matters.”

The ALTA ONE Conference brings together professionals nationwide to collaborate, share innovative ideas and celebrate industry achievements. Receiving the NTP designation at this event underscores George’s impact and dedication.

A real estate and corporate law attorney and title agent, Haymans is the founder of Mississippi Title Group LLC and partner of Haymans & Company PLLC, both based in Oxford, but with several offices throughout the State. Haymans is an adjunct professor of business and real estate law at the University of Mississippi, a member of the UM Business School Advisory Board, a member of the American Land Title Association, a regular presenter for both the Southeast Land Title Association and the Land Title Association of Mississippi. Additionally, Haymans has served on committees for several organizations related to the land title industry, including the Home Builders Association of Mississippi, Mortgage Bankers Association of Mississippi and the Mississippi Bar Association.

Haymans has received the Affiliate of the Year twice from the North Central Mississippi Board of Realtors. Haymans, with the help of a capable and professional staff, has closed over $4 billion in commercial and residential real property transactions since 2012, including over $250 Million in January of 2025, with projects ranging from health/hospital portfolios to multifamily to large commercial “big box” centers. He is currently working with the University of Mississippi and its partners to find solutions to the student housing shortage in Oxford.
