Big Bad Business Series on Wednesday

The Big Bad Business Series is back, offering local entrepreneurs valuable tools and resources to help them succeed in 2025.

This popular workshop series, hosted by the Yoknapatawpha Arts Council and the Oxford-Lafayette County Economic Development Foundation, provides expert advice, networking opportunities, and practical strategies for small business owners in Oxford and Lafayette County.

The next BBB event, Entrepreneur Hacks for 2025, will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday (Jan. 22) at The Powerhouse in Oxford. This free workshop is open to all entrepreneurs, with a special emphasis on creative industries.

The event will feature insights from local business leaders and experts, including:

  • Marie Cope, University of Mississippi Transactional Law Clinic
