Oxford woke up to about 3 inches of snow this morning which blanketed the downtown Square and created a gorgeous winter wonderland that local photographer Bruce Newman captured. More snow and sleet are expected this morning and into the afternoon. Officals are suggesting folks stay off the roads if possible as they start to clear them.
