Oxford Mayor Robyn Tannehill began this week with recognition of Constitution Week in the United States, signing a proclamation celebrating the nation’s founding document in Oxford. Joining the mayor was Melinda Freeman, Regent of the David Reese Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution.
