Oxford employees of AT&T have been picketing on Highway 6 West since Friday.

They are a few of the more than 17,000 AT&T workers across nine states in the Southeast on strike. They are accusing AT&T of unfair labor practices and failing to “come to the table” to negotiate.

Workers have been attempting to reach a new contract since June.
