Lafayette County Board of Supervisors President Brent Larson presented Lafayette High graduate Caroline Norris with a $500 check and certificate from the Mississippi Association of Supervisors County Employee Scholarship Program on Monday during a board meeting.

Caroline is the daughter of Leigh and Daniel Norris. Leigh has worked in the Building and Grounds Department for six years. Caroline will leave Oxford on Saturday to start her college career at Mississippi State University where she will study mechanical engineering.
