Construction Waste Management and Pea Ridge Recycling announce the opening of their newest location in Pontotoc.
This expansion follows the acquisition of Wood Recycling of Mississippi, finalized on July 8th. The sister companies, which share headquarters in Oxford, hold a longstanding commitment to improving recycling services throughout north Mississippi.
“This acquisition represents a significant milestone for us,” said Jay Luna, General Manager of CWM and Pea Ridge Recycling. “By bringing Wood Recycling of Mississippi under our umbrella, we will be able to better serve the waste and recycling needs of the Pontotoc community and the surrounding areas.”
CWM offers roll-off containers in various sizes, delivered to a job site or facility, making waste management convenient for commercial and residential clients. Additionally, Pea Ridge Recycling accepts a wide variety of construction and demolition materials, ensuring effective recycling options for the industry. The operations of Wood Recycling will effectively stay the same, providing recycling solutions for wood, mulch, chips, shavings, and sawdust to the southeast.
“There is an increasing demand for sustainable waste management practices in this region,” Luna said. “The addition of the Pontotoc location allows us to continue in our commitment to environmental stewardship and meet the needs of our customers and the communities we serve.”
