After speaking with city and Oxford School District officials, Oxford students will stay home Tuesday.

The district made the announcement at around 5 p.m.

Superintendent Bradley Roberson said earlier in the day the district was waiting to see if warmer temps and expected rainfall would clear streets enough to make travel safe and that the district would make a decision by 6 p.m.
