Tropical Smoothie Cafe cuts ribbon

- The Oxford-Lafayette County Chamber of Commerce welcomed Tropical Smoothie Cafe to its new membership to the chamber. Nikki Cothren, director of operations, cut the red ribbon on Friday, Oct. 13. She was joined by Rob Schmidt, president and CEO; Kellye Blakeney, general manager of the Oxford store; and many fellow employees. Also attending were members and ambassadors of the chamber, along with local business leaders and customers. (Joey Brent)
