The University Avenue building that once housed a Pizza Hut restaurant was demolished on Friday to make way for a new fast-food eatery.
The 1506 University Ave. location will be home to a new Guthrie’s, which specializes in chicken fingers.
Oxford’s only other Pizza Hut is located at 2224 West Jackson Ave.
