The space that houses Track 61 restaurant in the Midtown Shopping Center is up for lease, signifying the end of the Italian restaurant.
Tim Phillips, of Crye-Leike Oxford, took to Facebook to announce that the 8,667 square-foot space that houses Track 61 is up for lease.
The space was renovated two years ago and has a state-of-the-art kitchen with a 20-foot vent hood. There is also a bar area that seats 30 people. The main dining room seats 130 people, with three separate private dining rooms and outdoor dining for an additional 30 people.
A 10-ton unit was installed for the kitchen and another was installed for the dining area. Five bathrooms and a washer/dryer as well. Some of the contents can be purchased outside the lease in an agreement with the previous tenant.
Multiple attempts to contact Track 61 owner Brooke Krizbai for comment were unsuccessful.
Krizbai’s other restaurant, Volta Taverna, is doing very well. The Greek restaurant will be celebrating its 15th birthday throughout the month of July with half-price margaritas.
