Daniel Wayne Hendon, 42, passed away Saturday, Nov. 16, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford.  A graveside service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2019, at 11 a.m., at Pontotoc City Cemetery (177 North Main, Pontotoc, MS, 38863).  Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford is in charge of arrangements.  

He was a Radiology Technician for the past 18 years at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford.  Mr. Hendon loved his family and most importantly spending time with his children.

Mr. Hendon is survived by his wife, Robin Dale Hendon, of Tupelo, Miss.; one daughter, Avery Hendon, of Pontotoc, Miss.; and one son, Grayson Hendon, of Pontotoc; one step-son, Hunter Nanney, of Tupelo; his father, Lonnie Hendon, of Columbia, Miss.; his mother, Naomi Brown Pettis, of Long Beach, Miss.; one sister, Amber (Matthew) Stewart, of Columbia; and two brothers, Shane (Becky) Hendon, of Como, Miss., and James Pettis, of Lexington, Miss.
