Oxford man charged with four counts of credit card fraud

The Oxford Police Department took a walk-in report on Monday, Nov. 11, of stolen debit and credit cards and unauthorized purchases on said cards.
Through an investigation the suspect was identified as Michael Fulkerson, 22 of Oxford. Affidavits were filed for four counts of felony credit card fraud and an arrest warrant was issued for Fulkerson. On Tuesday, Nov. 12, Fulkerson was located at his residence and arrested. He was transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center and given a bond of $5,000 by a Justice Court Judge.
