Charles Ray Boyd, 61, died Tuesday, May 21, 2019, in Pontotoc, Mississippi. Private family services are planned.
He was the son of the late Charles & Ann Boyd.  He was a graduate of Oxford High School. Survivors include his children, Rachel Coleman (Jesse) and Rusty Boyd (Julia) of Oxford, Mississippi; sister, Melinda Medford (Sonny) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; brother, Gary Boyd, of New Albany, Mississippi; four grandchildren, Michael Fortner, Abigail Boyd, Timothy & Rebecca Bratton & great grandson, Bowen Simmons. He was also preceded in death by a son, Charles Douglass Boyd.
