Wilton Lowell “Will” Marsalis, Jr., 37, died Wednesday, July 4, 2018, at his home in Oxford. Services to honor Will’s life will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2018, at noon in the chapel of Waller Funeral Home with Father Joe Tonos officiating. Visitation will be prior to the services beginning at 9:30 a.m. in West Hall at Waller Funeral Home.
An avid outdoorsman, Will loved hunting, fishing and Ole Miss Athletics. He was adored by his family, found great joy in his niece and nephews, and truly valued his many friendships.
Will is predeceased by his grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. L.W. Marsalis of Meridian, Miss. and Mrs. and Mrs. Robert E. Nadar of Jackson, Miss.
Will is survived by his parents, Dr. and Mrs. Bo Marsalis of Oxford; a brother, John Marsalis and his wife, Sarah of Oxford; a sister, Amanda Marsalis Bruss and her husband, Jeremy of Florence, Ala.; and niece and nephews Mary Hunter, Walker and Wells Bruss all of Florence.
