Ole Miss will play LSU in primetime.
This year’s Magnolia Bowl will kick off at 6:15 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium on Oct. 21. The game will be televised on ESPN or the SEC Network, the SEC office announced Monday.
It will be the Rebels’ third night game of the season after a pair of daytime kickoffs. Ole Miss will try to end a three-game losing streak this Saturday against Vanderbilt.
LSU has won six of the last 10 meetings between the teams, including a 38-21 victory last season in Baton Rouge. Ole Miss won the last game played in Oxford, 38-17, in 2015.
