Barbara Clinette Sanders Conlee, 85, died Friday, March 31, 2017, at The Blake in Oxford. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church with Rev. John Semmes and Rev. Ann Kelly officiating. Burial will follow in Oxford Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. prior to the service at the church. Waller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Conlee was born in the home of her grandfather, Dr. T.W. Peden, in Van Vleet, to the late Clint and Mattie Peden Sanders. She retired from the United States Court System where she worked as an administrative assistant/personnel specialist, was a graduate of Toccopola High School and was crowned Miss Pontotoc in her younger years.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Conlee, daughter, Barbara Mize and a brother, Gerald Sanders.

Mrs. Conlee is survived by her daughter, Sharon Fenger and her husband, Al of Oxford; son-in-law, Tony Mize of Oxford; brother, Jackie Sanders and his wife, Barbara of Toccopola; two grandchildren, Kelli M. Briscoeand her husband, Bradley and Lee Mize and his wife, Randall and three great grandchildren, Bailey Mize, Mary Conlee Mize and Olivia James Briscoe.
