Rose Mary Sturdivant, 74, died Thursday, Sept. 28, 2016, at Oxford Health and Rehab in Oxford. The funeral service will be Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016, at 2p.m. in the Chapel of Waller Funeral Home with the Rev. Max Sturdivant, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Oxford Memorial Cemetery. There will be a catered visitation and reception in West Hall at Waller Funeral Home beginning at 12:30 p.m. prior to the service.

Born to the late William Lomax and Euna Inez Sturdivant, Miss Sturdivant was retired from the North Mississippi Regional Center. She was a former member of Temple Heights Baptist Church and a current member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her brothers, Billy Sturdivant and his wife Beverly of Collierville, TN, Max Sturdivant and his wife Jamie of Saltillo, MS and Rick Sturdivant of Abilene, KS and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in Miss Sturdivant’s memory may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
