On May 27, 2016, one of the most vibrant lights of our community went out.

Curtis Knight was a well-known and respected interior designer and bon vivant of the Oxford scene. His creative genius was only matched by his sense of community. After he and Terry Lytal were married in December of 2015, they established Oxford Cares, which provides needed items to those less fortunate and in need.

Oxford will be a little dimmer and quieter with Curtis’ passing, as his larger-than-life personality will be sorely missed. I keep Terry in my prayers as he goes through the difficult time of missing the love of his life.
