Booker T. Curry and Ann Curry of Oxford announce the engagement of their daughter, Cherrish Curry of Oxford, to Corland Emerson, son of Joyce Emerson of Starkville.

The couple will exchange vows at 3 p.m. on June 18, 2016, at the Martin Center in Oxford.

Family and friends are invited to attend.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Frenchie Lee Sisk of Pontotoc and the late Fulton and Katherine Curry of Waterford.

The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Author and Cora Wordlaw of Starkville.

The couple will live in Pontotoc where she works at Millcreek of Pontotoc and he works at Pontotoc Tire Service.
