Metro narcotics drug bust arrest

Two Lafayette County men are in custody after a drug bust last Friday. Metro Narcotics and the Oxford Police Department executed a search warrant at 35F LeRhonda Drive in Oxford, which is located across the street from Lafayette High School.
During the search, officers seized approximately three pounds of marijuana, 75 THC cartridges, five guns, scales and $1,300 from the residence.
Elliot Faler, 23, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of THC with intent to distribute.
Bond was set in the Lafayette County Justice Court. Faler’s bond was set at $25,000. Officers also served a grand jury indictment for controlled substance violation and an additional bond of $5,000 in Lafayette County Circuit Court.
