I would like to sing the praises of the Public Works Department, the Sanitation Department and the Electric Department of the City of Oxford.

My husband and I moved back to Oxford four years ago.  Every time I’ve made a call to any of the above mentioned, we have received prompt, friendly service ranging from the first telephone contact, to the person doing the actual work.

Even with Oxford’s growth and expansion, I continue to experience the small town feel of friendly service, coupled with customer satisfaction and expertise. It has impressed me enough to sit down and write this letter.
