The Thacker Mountain Radio Hour wraps up its fall season of live shows tonight at 6 p.m. at The Lyric Theatre on the Square.

Admission is free and the public is invited.

Guests will include British author Geoff Dyer, Thacker host/author Jim Dees, and musical guests, Delta blues man Watermelon Slim and Memphis rockers Southern Avenue.

The Thacker house band, the Yalobushwhackers, will open and close the show.

Doors open at 5:30.

The program will air live locally on WUMS 92.1 FM and online at myrebelradio.com.

Throughout the fall and winter the show can be heard every Saturday night at 7 p.m. on Mississippi Public Broadcasting.

A membership/holiday party for the show will be held Friday, Dec. 2 at Southside Gallery.
