Support UW and reading

This afternoon, we’re partnering with the LOU Reads Coalition to host a Storytime Sing-a-long at the Oxford Community Market.
We’re thrilled to expand our annual office-wide United Way fundraiser, “Kiss the Pig,” beyond our office walls to showcase the significance of United Way and the importance of promoting literacy within our community.
We’ll be out there from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in the Kids’ Corner with a handful of fun pig-related shows for the whole family to enjoy. We encourage everyone who attends to make a donation to United Way while you’re there, which you can place in one of several jars designated for EAGLE staffers.
As always, whomever collects the most donations will have to kiss a real live pig, so whether you come out for the entertainment (or the sheer joy of making one of us kiss a farm animal), you’ll be supporting a good cause.
We hope you’ll join us today to show your support for United Way, LOU Reads and the community as a whole.
