The Fable Factory will host auditions for ‘The Jungle Book’

The Fable Factory, a theatrical production group, will perform the musical “The Jungle Book” this fall.
Auditions will be held at The Oxford Public Library, on Monday, Oct. 3, at 6 p.m.
All children in grades 4-12 are welcome to audition. Young adults and adults are welcome to participate.
The Fable Factory has performed in Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee and Kentucky. With shows such as “This is My Country,” “The Little Elf Who Saved Christmas,” “The Ransom of Red Chief,” “Tom Sawyer,” “The Revenge of Captain Hook,” “Annie,” “Mark Twain Alive,” “Christopher Columbus,” “Treasure Island,” “Joan of Arc,” “Liberty,” “Robin Hood,” and “Oliver Twist.”
“The Jungle Book” will be performed in mid-October in surrounding Mississippi schools.
Children will be selected for solos and group parts.
Fable Factory is directed by David L. Webb of Blytheville, Arkansas and coordinator Ellen Lee Boone of Oxford.
