Mr. and Mrs. Gary L. Coleman of the Tula community announce the engagement of their daughter, Lori Anne Coleman, to Scott Daniel Helmcamp, son of Col. and Mrs. Dewey Edgar George Helmcamp, III (US Army, Ret.) of Round Rock, Texas.

The couple will exchange vows on Nov. 19, 2016 at Lois Perkins Chapel on the campus of Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. They will then celebrate with friends and family immediately after the ceremony at Casa Blanca on Brushy Creek in Round Rock, Texas.

The bride-to-be is a 1995 graduate of Lafayette High School and received her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Mississippi.

The prospective groom graduated from Round Rock High School and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southwestern University and a master’s degree from Texas State University.

In the weeks following the wedding, the couple will honeymoon in Hawaii and then return before the holidays to their home in the Austin suburb of Pflugerville, Texas.
