‘Steal the Naughty List’ movie at Pinelake Church Thursday

“Steal the Naughty List,” a stop-motion feature film, will be screened at Pinelake Church in Oxford on at 5:30 p.m. on Oxford.

This charming Christmas film blends adventure, humor, and heartwarming messages in a unique story about a group of Arctic characters who embark on a perilous adventure across the frozen tundra to

steal the naughty list from Saint Nicholas.

The film was written, directed, and produced by Nathan VonMinden and Meleice VonMinden, who together with their children handcrafted the set, characters, and animation sequences in their home-studio over the course of 4 years.

This is Nathan VonMinden’s third feature film — Challenger Disaster (2019) about the engineers who made a desperate attempt to stop the launch of the doomed Challenger Space Shuttle, and Uganda Man (2011) about the man on a mission to change the water crisis in Uganda.
