Obituary – James Clifton “Ro” Bullard, Sr.

James Clifton “Ro” Bullard, Sr., 84, of Harmontown, Miss., passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2019, at The Blake in Oxford. 

Funeral services were held on Monday, Dec. 23, 2019, at 11 a.m. in the Senatobia Chapel of Ray-Nowell Funeral Home.  Interment was in Bethesda Cemetery. Ray-Nowell Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.

He was a graduate of University of Mississippi School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor Degree.  Mr. Bullard practiced law in Kennet, Mo., for over fifty years before he and his wife Sherry, returned to Ole Miss territory and the land he loved. 

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of forty-three years, Sherry Bullard, of Harmontown; two daughters, Melinda Bullard Holt (Stockton), of Charlotte, N.C. and Melanie Bullard Todd (Mike), of Harmontown; two sons, Andrew Clayton Bullard (Sonja), of Kennett, Mo., and James Clifton Bullard, Jr. (Megan), of Memphis, Tenn.; and five grandchildren, Rachel Suzanne Bullard, of Germantown, Tenn., Taylor Holt and Owen Holt, both of Charlotte, James “Jamie” Todd, of Oxford, and Anna Kay Todd, of Harmontown.
