Diners who decide to enjoy their dinner at Zaxby’s on Friday afternoon will be treated to a free concert.
As part of the Zaxby’s Insane Music Tour, country singer Jordan Rager will perform a free 30-minute concert inside the West Jackson Avenue Zaxby’s, beginning at 4:30 p.m. Rager will also perform at the Zaxby’s Grenada location on Thursday.
“We want our customers to be able to connect to our brand beyond our chicken,” said Joel Bulger, Zaxby’s chief marketing officer. “Georgia-born Jordan Rager really understands our brand and by offering these in-restaurant concerts, we’re hoping to offer a unique experience to area residents and connect with the student community, just in time for football season.”
Rager, a native of Loganville, Ga., grew up singing in church, where he developed a lifelong passion for music. At age 15, Rager taught himself to play guitar and performed in a variety of restaurants, clubs and parties before his song “Southern Boy,” debuted in 2016. His has since released singles “Colorblind” and “Small Town Talkin'” earlier this year.
“Anybody who knows me, knows how big a fan I am of Zaxby’s,” Rager said in a statement. “I couldn’t be more excited to partner with them for the Zaxby’s Insane Music Tour this fall. I’m looking forward to getting to go some places I haven’t been in a while, meeting fans and playing my new music for everyone.”
Rager is the first performer in Zaxby’s new “Insane Music Tour” series, which will feature various artists each year.
