Woman arrested after child tests positive for meth

A local woman was arrested recently after her child tested positive for drugs.
On Dec. 19, Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office received a report from Child Protective Services about a juvenile and their mother, Sabrina McCammon, 42, testing positive for methamphetamine.
McCammon was charged with felony child endangerment.
She was arrested on a warrant on Feb. 24 and booked into the Lafayette County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.
