Two Ole Miss Rebels tabbed for 2025 Howell and Gillom trophies

Two Ole Miss Rebels basketball players have been named as finalists in the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame Museum awards.

Sean Pedulla is a finalist for the 2025 Howell Trophy that is presented each year to the state’s top men’s college basketball player.
Madison Scott is a finalist for the 2025 Gillom Trophy, which honors the top college women basketball players in Mississippi.
This year’s finalists were selected by a panel of media members from across the state.
Sean Pedulla has been a key playmaker for Ole Miss, helping the Rebels compete at the highest level in the SEC. Madison Scott has been a defensive and offensive powerhouse for Ole Miss.
The winners will be revealed during the Trophy Presentation Luncheon on March 10, at the Pearl River Resort, sponsored by the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians and Pearl River Resort.

The luncheon will feature special guest Victoria Vivians, a four-time Gillom Trophy winner who will take part in a Q&A session with Hall of Fame sportswriter Rick Cleveland.
Other finalists for the Howell Trophy are Josh Hubbard, MSU and Daeshun Ruffin, JSU. Other finalists for the Gillom Trophy are Jerkaila Jordan, MSU and Taleah Dilworth, JSU.
