Barbara Ann Raley, 72, of Water Valley, Miss., died peacefully Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Miss.   She enjoyed flower gardening and sharing her love and compassion for those in need by being a caregiver.
Visitation is planned for Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2019, from 1 p.m. until 3p.m. at Seven Oaks Funeral Home.  Services will follow at 3 p.m. with Bro. Stacy Watkins officiating. 
Barbara is survived by her four brothers, Charles Keel (Sandi), Billy Keel (Cindy), and James Keel, all of Water Valley, and John Keel of Coffeeville, Miss. Seven Oaks has charge of the arrangements.
