Obituary – Terry Lynn Yarbrough

Terry Lynn Yarbrough, 69, passed away Monday, May 6, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Calhoun City, Mississippi. Visitation was on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Coleman Funeral Home. A funeral service immediately followed at 3 p.m. at Coleman Funeral Home. Interment was at Yellow Leaf Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Bobby Snow officiated. Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Yarbrough was incredibly creative. She loved working with arts and crafts of all kinds. She adored dancing and listening to music. She worked as a cosmetologist for close to 35 years and enjoyed working with her clients and always loved her job. Above all, she loved spending her time with her family and her grandchildren.
Mrs. Yarbrough is survived by her husband, Steve Yarbrough of Banner, Mississippi; four daughters, Lisa (Kevin) Stark of Ackerman, Mississippi, LaDonna (Josh) Smith of Banner, and Amanda (Sean) Allen and Cindy (Ken) Potts, both of Paris, Mississippi; two sons, Peyton Savage of Water Valley, Mississippi, and Brad Yarbrough of New Orleans, Louisiana; eight granddaughters, Hailey (Corey) Lyles of Abbeville, Mississippi, Jessica (Lee) Daniels-Jones of Oxford, Mississippi, Alexis Caudill of Starkville, Mississippi, Malori Smith of Banner, Hannah Allen and Avery Allen, both of Paris, and Brooke Savage of Water Valley; five grandsons, Dustin (Allena) Potts and Evan Allen, both of Paris, Jack Yarbrough of New Orleans, and Austin (Elizabeth) Savage and Conner Savage, both of Water Valley; six great-granddaughters, Ainslee McCracken and Mia McCracken, both of Banner, Madison Potts , and Bailey Potts, and Charlotte Potts, all of Paris, and Hadley-Grace Tatum of Oxford; three great-grandsons, Braylen Jones of Oxford, and Alden Lyles and Waylon Lyles, both of Abbeville; two sisters, Sheila (Lynn) Davis and Bonnie Raines, both of Oxford; and host of nieces, and nephews; and host of community children that also recognized her as Mammaw Terry.
