Mr. Tommy Gray, 83, passed away Thursday, Jan. 25, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford, Miss. Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford is in charge of arrangements.

Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, Mr. Gray worked as an electrician for most of his life. He had a love of animals that all knew about, especially his donkey, Jack. Mr. Gray cared about animals but his family even more – most importantly, his wife, Katie. He loved her more than life itself. He took pride in spending each day of his life with her, talking with her, and making sure she was taken care of in every way he could.

Mr. Gray leaves behind his loving wife, Katie Hudson of Sardis, Miss.; daughters, Carolyn Gray of Chester, Ill., Tonia Junger of Ellis Grove, Ill., and Lisa (Lee Allen) Smith of Pope, Miss.; and seven grandchildren, Christian Gray, Shawnell Madison, Tristian Junger, Claire Junger, Keegan Quandt, Taylor (Nathan) Shelby, and Hudson Smith.

Mr. Gray is preceded in death by his mother, Addeline Green, and father, Rex Gray.
