Nancy Black McClellan, 80, died Jan. 21, 2018, in Water Valley, Miss. She was born April 9, 1937, in Coffeeville, Miss., to the late Noel Black and Beulah Dees Black. Nancy retired from Kellwood Manufacturing Company after many years as a supervisor. During her years at Kellwood, Nancy forged many lifelong friendships. Nancy loved animals and treasured the time she got to spend with her family.  She was a member of Coffeeville United Methodist Church.

Visitation was held Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2018, at 1 p.m. at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, Miss. Funeral services followed at Seven Oaks Funeral Home at 2 p.m. and interment was in the Coffeeville Cemetery.   

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Earl McClellan.

Nancy is survived by her daughter and her son-in-law, Stephanie and Bubba Defer of Water Valley, Miss.; her grandson, Skyler Defer of Water Valley, Miss.; and one sister, Cheryl Allen and her family of Coffeeville, Miss.
