Together, we can IGNITE

A little help from friends goes a long way.
A lot of help from friends can move a mountain.
And that’s the story of how the William Magee Center for Wellness Education at Ole Miss moved this close to reality.
Our community knows well that alcohol and drug misuse is a problem for college students everywhere. We are no different. That’s why our students deserve the best holistic education we can provide.
Powered by the Ole Miss leadership of Chancellor Jeff Vitter, Vice Chancellor Brandi Hephner LaBanc and Assistant Vice Chancellor Leslie Banahan a movement gained momentum.
Those joining the cause to make it become a reality include Diane and Dick Scruggs, The Oxford Treatment Center, Cris and Jay Hughes, Becca and Phil Mehlin, and the Sigma Nu and Kappa Alpha fraternities at Ole Miss who joined Kent and David Magee in providing initial support to establish the William Magee Center for Wellness Education.
Now, this center needs your help.
An Ole Miss IGNITE fundraising campaign launches today and friends are sought to join this important movement with gifts of all sizes.
