Jakob Scott “Jake” Foster, 22, died Friday, April 28, 2017, at his home in Memphis, Tennessee. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Waller Funeral Home with Brother Wayne Webb officiating. Burial will follow in Tula Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 12 noon at the funeral home.

Born in Vicksburg to Randall Scott Foster and Kristy Dyan Newman Mckenzie, Jake worked as a finisher with Foster Custom Cabinets. He loved the Gulf Shores and the ocean. He found great pleasure in the mountains of Alaska and hiking. He had a close relationship with his brothers and his sister.

Survivors include his mother, Kristy McKenzie of Hattiesburg; his father, Randall Scott Foster of Memphis, Tennessee; a sister, Riley Rippe of Memphis, Tennessee; three brothers, Morgan McKenzie of Hattiesburg, Landon Wayne Foster and Randall Scott Foster, Jr of Memphis, Tennessee; his grandmother, Gladys “Polly” Foster of Oxford, and his grandparents, Craig and Laura Morgan of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
