The Thacker Mountain Radio Hour will be live tonight at 6 p.m. at Off Square books with live music and guest authors.

The free show will feature host Jim Dees and the TMR house band, the Yalobushwhackers and will be broadcast locally on WUND 92.1 FM and online at www.myrebelradio.com. It will also air on Mississippi Public Broadcasting on March 11 at 7 p.m.

Tonight’s guests include authors Michael Knight and Alex George. Knight’s latest book is a collection of interlinked stories entitled Eveningland. George is an Englishman who lives, works, and writes in Missouri. His new novel is Setting Free the Kites.

Featured musical guest is the Americana duo, The Great Dying, based here in Oxford.
