Tae-Kion Reed picks Ole Miss by flinging Mississippi State cap on National Signing Day

Ole Miss signee Tae-Kion Reed made a rather emphatic flip Wednesday.
Reed, who played at New Hope High in Columbus, had been committed to Mississippi State but had offers from both schools. As he made his final decision during a ceremony at his high school Wednesday, the lineman threw a Mississippi State hat off the table and put on an Ole Miss cap.
WCBI-TV reporter Robby Donoho covered the announcement and captured the video below. Whether it was the flip itself or the way in which it occurred, something surprised family members based on some of their reactions. It was an unusual style that likely won’t be forgotten by either fan base any time soon.
New Hope's @Taekion Reed not only picked the Ole Miss hat & signed with the Rebels, he chucked the MSU hat across the room. That's a first! pic.twitter.com/W8wNMO1rXi
